Investigating
Beginning at 13:40 UTC (15:40 CEST) on 27 July, users are unable to sign in to app.supersonik.ai, and interactive demo links are failing to load for recipients. The application page may load, but it will not retrieve or display any data
We have identified the cause as a change deployed to our API earlier this afternoon. A rollback is in progress.
This is an availability issue only. No customer data has been lost, altered, or exposed, and no action is required on your side. Server-to-server API integrations are not affected.
